Privacy notice for the waitlist
Draft — not legally reviewed and not published. It describes the data flow of the local test implementation. The controller, contact details, legal basis, recipients, region, retention periods and the complaint route are added only after legal review.
What the waitlist stores
Your email address, the language of the page, the time of your request, the version of the consent text and of this notice, and the state of your sign-up (requested, confirmed, withdrawn). Nothing else is asked for.
What it is used for
Only for news about Oncefound Memory, and only after you confirmed your address. It is not used for other products or for advertising by third parties.
What is not collected
No name, no profile, no tracking pixel, no analytics provider. Links in messages are not tracked. Technical protection against misuse counts requests for a short time without keeping a profile.
Confirmation, unsubscribing and deletion
You are only on the list after confirming. You can unsubscribe at any time without an account, and you can request deletion of your data. The result of a deletion is confirmed only after it has been checked.
Separate from Memory
The waitlist is not a Memory account and is not connected to anyone’s library. Waitlist data is not sent to AI models.
